Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original factory packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to ICAN
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier service to our designated returns warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
